31. Up to 31 December 1994, the maximum total loaded mass prescribed by section 20 of road vehicles of a model year prior to 1992 shall be increased to 18,500 kg for those of class A.1, to 28,500 kg for those of class A.2 and to 37,000 kg for those of classes A.3 and A.4.
For those of classes A.55, A.57 and A.65 of a semi-trailer of a model year prior to 1992, the maximum total loaded mass shall be increased to 50,000 kg, 52,000 kg and 53,000 kg where the application of section 20 does not allow those maximums to be reached.
